Pinseeker Capital Group, LLC is a privately held investment company that focuses on creating passive investment opportunities in emerging real estate markets. These opportunities are created from the acquisition and management of opportunistic and value-add multi-family properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.

Jed Johnson
Managing Partner
Jed lives in sunny Scottsdale Arizona. He has over 16 years of real estate investment experience. He acquired his first investment property at age 23 and has been an active investor ever since. He has invested in multiple asset classes including single family residence and multifamily residential properties for about 11 years from 2004 to 2015. Since 2015 his real estate focus has shifted to the multifamily commercial space.
Jed is the co-founder and principle asset manager of Elite Capital Fund LLC and Elite Capital Management LLC, which is a $50 million dollar fund of funds, that deploys capital primarily in Reg D 506c multifamily syndicated offerings. Alongside his business partner Jake Dean, who is the co-founder of Elite Capital Fund LLC, Elite Capital Management LLC, the two have formed Pinseeker Capital Group LLC as a privately held multifamily real estate acquisition company. The goal of Pinseeker Capital Group is to provide investors with high yield, low risk investment opportunities.
